Bjørn Grandal

30 years experience from leading technology businesses like the Norwegian Defence Research Establishment, Christian Michelsen Institute and Christian Michelsen Research. For 18 years he worked as CEO at CMR and Chairman of the Board in several technology companies like Fluenta (now Roxar), Gexcon and Inside Reality.

Asle Lygre
Degree : Master of Science, (cand real), Applied Mathematics, University of Bergen.

20 years experience from leading technology businesses like SINTEF, Christian Michelsen Institute, Christian Michelsen Research, Aanderaa Instruments, Framo Engineering and Propure. He has 6 years experience as CEO of Prototech AS a supplier of technical solutions, product design and manufacturing services to the international space industry as well as the energy sector.

Torgeir Nærø
Degree : Engineer, Marine Engineering, Bergen College of Engineering. MSc, Business Administration (siviløkonom), Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH).

10 years experience on management level in international technology companies like Nera ASA, Nera Networks and Nokia Networks Oy. 4 years experience as CEO of Gexcon AS, an independent consultant company on technical safety. Torgeir has worked extensively with sales and marketing of advanced technology products and systems to clients in both the telecom as well as the energy sectors.

Stig Sevaldsen
Degree : BSc, Business Administration, West Virginia Wesleyan College, Virginia, USA. Master of International Business Administration (MIB), Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH).

15 years experience as an executive and corporate finance professional. He has founded several maritime logistics and technology companies and has been with companies like Star Shipping ASA, Synchronet Marine Inc., Sealogistics Inc., Seasupplier Ltd. and Artesia Capital DA. He has an extensive network in the financial, venture and industrial sectors in Norway as well as internationally. Stig has completed several mergers and acquisitions and participated in financial transactions with an accumulated value of several billion NOK.
